EPCOT

Today, we were able to get to EPCOT before the gates opened and enjoyed Test Track twice, Mission Space, Soarin’, Nemo and Friends, and Living with the Land all before lunchtime! Then it was time to head over to Canada’s Le Cellier where we had lunch reservations. We both enjoyed sirloin sandwiches and I had opted to save half of mine in a to-go box so I could enjoy the cheese soup (incredible!) and the crème brulee sampler. In our true fashion, we headed back to the resort for swimming and a nice long nap.

After our nap we headed back to EPCOT for the Eagles tribute (which sucked except for Hotel California which they did a pretty good job with) and Illuminations.
